Registration Dates, Times & Deadlines:
10/01/2016 - Registration OPENS online (Race shirts not guaranteed for registrations after 11/01/2016.)
11/18/2016 - Team registration closes. 
11/18/2016 - Online registration closes at 7pm.
11/18/2016 - Race packet pickup and late registration at Windermere Lodge, 4444 Front Nine Drive, Cumming, GA (5pm to 8pm).
11/19/2016 - 6:30am - Race day packet pickup and late registration
                   7:15am - 5K registration closes
                   8:00am - 5K Start  (Arrive early to allow time for parking! There is NO parking available at Windermere Golf Club.)
                   9:30am - Awards Ceremony

Race Highlights:
* Long-sleeved shirts and race bags for registered run/walk participants.  Shirts not guaranted for registrations after 11/01/2016.

NOTE:  We ask for your consideration when parking in front of homes so as not to impede a homeowner’s ingress and egress. Designated areas will be available and may require a short walk to race start.  Consider environmentally-friendly ways to the race by carpooling, walking or riding your bike.

Chip Timing and Awards:
* Orion Racing will provide chip running at this event.  Results will be recorded, available online, and you will be eligible for awards.
* Awards will be given for age brackets from 0-14 thru 65+ based on Gun Time.
* 1st, 2nd and 3rd place Team Awards will be given in the THREE categories: Team with Most Participants, Fastest Team, and Most Team Spirit.

Registration Information
Please note, entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another race participant.  Registration officially opens on October 1, 2016.  Space is limited, register early.

About Us
Bib Number Transfer & Cancellation Policy:
There are NO refunds or bib number transfers of registration.  This event will occur rain or shine, warm or cold.  We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances.  In that event, there will be NO refunds, rather, your entry fee will be used as a donation to Friends of Tony and Reaping Nature Educational Outreach Foundation.

Race Packets:
* Individual and Team/Families 5K race packets will be available at Windermere Lodge, 4444 Front Nine Drive, Cumming, between the hours of 5pm and 8pm on Friday, November 18, 2016. 
* Race packets will include your race bib number, race bag, and Five Points Challenge 5K long-sleeved shirt.
* If you're unable to pick up your packet on November 18, pre-race packet pickup and late registration will be from 6:30am until 7:15am on Saturday morning.
* Shirts will be available in adult sizes: YL, AXS, AS, AM, AL, AXL and AXXL. 
* All registered race participants MUST wear their race bib number on the front of their shirt the day of the race.
* Donation only, no participation, registrants will only receive a shirt and not receive a race bag.
* Each team member will be responsible for picking up their own race packet on November 18 or on race day UNLESS their team captain arranges to do a team packet pick up for the ENTIRE TEAM.

Start Line Corrals (ONLY if 500 or more registered participants):
In an effort to make everyone's race day experience smoother and safer, we will ask runners to gauge their race pace and utilize one of the specially designated areas at the start line. This will allow them to get on their way faster, and will allow participants with children or other family members to feel safer as well.   The following corrals will be available based on finish time:
* RUN 24 minutes or less
* RUN 25-29 minutes
* RUN 30 minutes or greater

NOTE: Regardless of number of registered participants, if you are participating with a stroller and/or children, we ask that you keep your children with you at all times, and that you start from the back of the race.  This will allow your family members, and our other participants, a safer race experience.
